We work closely with attorneys, appraisers, business damage consultants, land planners, and other experts in developing engineering opinions. We provide information on the impact the taking has on site access, traffic circulation, parking, stormwater management, and other features of the property. We are able to develop "cure plans" to restore as much of the lost function to the property as possible in the "after condition."
